05.13.2015 U.S.-Cuba wrestling in Times Square

For the first time, a Cuban wrestling team competed in New York City in a dozen years, since the 2003 World Freestyle Wrestling Championships were held at Madison Square Garden.

World class wrestlers from Cuba and the United States celebrated the improving relations between the countries.

09.09.2016 MFilms Photography contributed to a collaborative documentary project with Uniondocs, shedding light on the issue of evictions and gentrification in Brooklyn. A year long engagement aiming to giving voice to the victims of unscrupulus landlords, witnessing their struggle and using filmmaking and photography as a tool for justice and empowerment.
